World War 2 Interface

I need a WW2 interface for my new project, giving a lot of credits. I know how you can do the interface I just don't got time for as I'am working with the triggers on the map and that is also why this thread is so short. It all should be black and white with some image like this http://heretherebetygers.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/alnilam_camouflage_2.png in it.

Dont need button for commands or mouse, those I'll make myself.

Well, my map is not the rush WW2 kind, its advanced and tactical which makes me think camouflage interface fits more.

Unfortunately, no.
I did mostly Icons, but 2D Art wont be much different for UIs.
