Download the WEU.

dont use weu. It doesnt work for 1.21 and is buggy. If downloaded, use only enchancer. And dude.. what are you talking about? You ALREADY have world editor after installing wc3.

I'm using "JassNewGen Pack".
But I only recommend it, if you're using JASS.

Well only problem with WEU is that you cant use the WEU add in (most of them) and sounds else it works just fine....

Yes. I use only enhancer. And I use jassnewgen. and DragoonZombie, I think jassnewgen should be even used if you dont use jass, because it makes backups of map, it has grimoire built in, grim extensions, and a very fast syntax checker. I recommend it even if people don't use jass.

if you want to build buildings fast, you have to go to every building in the object editor and lower the "Stats - build time" value to e.g. 5
