WHEN I OPEN WORLD EDITOR, THE CAMPAIGN EDITOR KEEPS OPENING AND WHEN I CLOSE IT, IT EMMEDIATELY COMES BACK...

What patch are you on? Such issues can easily be handled by minimizing the campaign editor.

Sorry I get nervous when I break something.. the patch is 1.26a

I suggest to patch up though, but here's some better questions :

1. Do you install mods or touch the MPQ files?
2. Do you use the Campaign editor before?
