Off to a great start! I particularly enjoy the 'shape' of the maps. You seem to understand well where a mountain or cliff or tree should go.

I would recommend looking at this old tutorial: The Ultimate Beginners Terrain to familiarize yourself with some ins and outs of using terrain height to make softer shorelines.

On the topic of the shoreline, the density of the rocks looks particularly heavy handed, I would experiment with giving it a bit more variety in the form of floating ice, or lily pads, or vegetation.

Great work so far! Did you have something in mind for what these different maps would be for? A scenario or campaign perhaps?

Hello! Thanks for the suggestions, i don't have any specific project in mind, and the map called "Eterrain" would be somewhat of a 'Remake' of "Blackrock & Roll, Too!" but focusing more on realism, I think an orc clan would be grouped together rather than spread out around a mountain, since the focus is on defending the demonic portal, of course. I've changed a few things and focused more on the terrain.

Personally, I have a lot of difficulty decorating with models, and especially with that TERRIBLE color palette Warcraft has... (I would like to know if there’s a way to make the colors look more deadened, or adjust the contrast)

This is my first real attempt at making a decent map, and your feedback will be very helpful

New version!

HELLO!

I've made a big update from yesterday to today and have already finished most of the map, including terrain and models (I'm still working on the triggers, which are a bit difficult for me)

I’ve decided to call this map “King’s Road” It features a large mountain chain, a central village, reinforcements, an orc village, and a main stronghold that defends the critical passage, i would love some feedback on the map, especially on areas where I can improve, fix errors, or address any writing mistakes (English is not my native language..)

Hi Salvator! First off, I might not be seeing correctly, but I don't see a link to your map on your top post.
Secondly, I tried your map and I really like the intro cinematic. One thing is you don't have enough time to read some of the lines so maybe add more time to certain longer lines in the cinematic.
However, the camera following the high necromancer makes controlling an army nearly impossible.

I can help you edit your map if you want.

Hello Gumberbunbder! Unfortunately, at the beginning of this year, I ended up losing my PC along with the data for that campaign, and I can't continue with it. However, I have recovered a new PC and am working on a different campaign - I invite you to take a look at it and see if you're still willing to help me with it.

Oh the pain of losing all your progress on your map is very extreme, I understand your pain. I'll take a look at your map and see how I can help.
