Where to get Anvil, Magic workshop, etc.?

So I'm around lvl 10 and I can't find the required anvils or workshops to complete recipe items. According to the wiki I have to buy it from a bandit or someone but they're nowhere to be found. Does it come later in the game?

So I'm around lvl 10 and I can't find the required anvils or workshops to complete recipe items. According to the wiki I have to buy it from a bandit or someone but they're nowhere to be found. Does it come later in the game?

An Anvil can be found in the first town, where the blacksmith is (at the north of the town, he has the paladin model).

Also, in the east building of that town you can find a hat vendor. Somewhere in his house you can find a Magic Workshop.

You only have to stand by the Anvil or the Magic Workshop and use the proper recipe with the materials in your material bag.
Also, you can only use the recipe from your character inventory and not from your backpack inventory.
