Where is this UI? Who has it?

Hey Guys,

months ago I saw a cool User Interface in the Skin section.
It was Fallout-like rusty modern.
But it's not there anymore.
I would like to use it for my Fallout map.

Does anyone know where I can download it?
Does anyone of you have this UI on his computer and can send it to me?

I already saw those, but the one I'm looking for is very red rusty, like Fallout 3.
