You mean minimum attack range of the artillery units like mortars, wagons etc? It is near from the movement section stats of the unit, sorry I can't send screens cause I'm on phone.

Minimum attack range is 0, which will allow the unit to attack nearby units. This will however teleport the attacker to the attacked units position upon killing the attacked unit.

The actual attack range of a unit involves unit collision size, too, dependent on the values and types.

It is at least the case for melee units, I am not sure whether it was for ranged units, too, but I think I attached a map in that linked thread where you can test it in seconds.
