What I usually do is just take them from games that I have like Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Unreal 2, UT2004, and other games. One of my favorite sound websites is www.flashkit.com.
When all else fails, you can always count on slamming your fist down really hard on the desk, that makes a good sound. :lol:
