You can find Newgen here.
You have to update JassHelper manually by replacing the .exe files (maybe you should stop here if you don't know how to do this), and you can download JassHelper here.
P.S. JASS comes with Wc3 while vJASS just makes writing JASS easier, it is always converted to regular JASS after you save your map.
