I don't think you can download the map editor, you have to install warcraft.

wrong place to post mate....
try looking in the folder where you have installed warcraft.

If you have wc3 installed then there is a world edit in your wc3 folder.

IF NOT:

1.Buy it... (reign of chaos + the frozen throne ~ 25 euro)
2.Download this 3rd party world editor (but it's not a really good solution) Link
