you want to convert replay files to flv?
that's impossible because a movie is a bunch of pictures while a wc3 replay file saves all player clicks and somehow simulates the gameplay (afaik)
though you can record the game with some screen recorder software (-> google)
one of the fastest tools for this is called "fraps"
unfortunately newer versions of it aren't for free anymore (and the demo versions have limited recording time)
others like camstudio are slower but support direct converion to a specific file type
for all other converting needs I recommend media coder since it is free and supports gpu enhanced stuff so it is very fast if you got a rather new graphic card
