Nothing. What you posted is redundant.

Only reason you would use And in the Conditions is for nesting to do this:

        • And - All (Conditions) are true

            • Condition1
            • Condition2
        • And - All (Conditions) are true
          • Conditions

The second version creates an extra and function, so it is the worse solution.

They're useful when you're for example making a tempGroup:

set tempgroup = units in range of temppoint1 AND unittype = footman OR Grunt.

etc.

Works for setting stuff before the conditions, wich common triggering doesn't allow. You can prevent the aditional function creation using "Custom Script: if... then" and "endif" later.
