WE Unlimited is a great program, I will admit. But it does have its downfalls. I have noticed a few things that are either inconvenient or just plain buggy, like raising land. When raising land to its highest limit (this can also be done in normal WE), a large 'hole' will develop at the hill's peak. Another thing is that when you save a map with custom WEU triggers, it can't be opened in normal WE anymore, which prevents other people without WEU from learning from that particular map, as Blizzard's WE recommends. There are a few other things that make me choose the normal WE over WEU, which I won't list. But, all in all, I would have to say Blizzard's World Editor is the best. It may have less features, but it sure is better quality than any other.
-Edit-
By the way, Sdga, you're trying to make WEU sound better than it actually is. Here are a few things you messed up on:
"Removed doodad/item/unit limits" would include "Unlimited doodad scaling and rotation"
"Optimize map size option " is the same thing as "Extended map size and map height limits"
"Removed tileset limitations " would also include "Made all tiles buildable"
A few things that you can do with the normal editor...
Built in dialog engine (?) What's that supposed to mean? WC3 World Editor has its own dialog engine...
Built in leaderboard engine (Leaderboards are already there, and easy to use...)
Built in third person camera system (Game Camera)
Built in arrow key control (Keyboard Events)
Added wait for event actions (This can be achieved with the use of variables and the "Wait" action.)
Made tree models available for units (Art - Model File - (Lordaeron Summer)"Lordaeron Summer Tree Wall")
Custom loading screens and diashow screens (All this requres is a custom blp file, nothing new.)
Custom minimap preview pictures (Can be done with an MPQ editor.)
Build all doodads on cliffs and on water (Can be changed in the doodad/destructibe properties.)
These are just some of the things that don't even need WEU to do, though WEU just makes it a -bit- more convenient. Don't try to make it sound better than it really is.
