Westeros Terrain

Hi guys!

So I'm preparing my A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones map.
I have prepared all models, skins and most ideas for events and stuff like that. The only thing i need is decent terrain of Westeros. And here is problem because i absolutley suck at terraining.

So, would there be a kind soul that could help me with creating or even create the entire terrain of Westeros?

(I would of course credit your part in creating map)
