Weoponless Orc

I tried to alpha out the grunts weopon for about 2 hours (no lie...) for some reason it just didn't work. I followed an alpha skinning tutorial i found on thehelper.net...

Can someone please alpha out the grunts weopone for me?
If you cant alpha out the grunts weopon, then can someone please reskin the "villager" to make him look like an orc?
And also, Do you guys know where i can find a model or skin of a weoponless orc?

requests for skinns should go into the request section
the best idea for removing the weapon would be to change the model
there may be a mopdel in the model section and there could be a coresponding skin
