Weird Loading Screen

Hello today i just played Loap and when the loading finished i was confused becouse the loading screen was animated

My question is how can i make somethink like it?

ive seen a tutorial bout this somewhere dont know if it was the hive.. maybe it was thehelper.net or wc3campaigns

You need to import some animation into your map and set it as your loading screen, that is all i know about this topic.
