Probably deviantart or what ever. As they are a comercial child friendly site, they can not publically show some art work to people under a certain age. Thus it comes up with that if your age is less than the needed or if you are not logged in (no proof of age).

Stupid parental controle freaks.

Other sites have a similar system. It's not just dA.

Still its stupid, the site should not decide for you what you can and can not see due to age. They should purly design a parental controle system which allows the parents of a kid to choose weather they be allowed to view pages marked over a certain age in the browser options. This would work by each page having a special hidden age tag attached to it. For normal people this would not change a thing as there would be no age limate applied, but for those strange people who do want age limates it would work perfectly.

It also would encourage more sites to put age limates on so the cranks would be happier and also discourage schools from having annoying systems blocking every page with the word "game" on it.

Honestly, I do not see why such a system has not already been implimented as it seems far more user friendly and I am sure would have lots of support.
