Weapon Attachments??!!

Im trying to attach a shotgun attachment to a marine, but the marine just holds the shotgun in one hand and he also still has his old gun.
How can I fix these problems???

**I have tried attaching it to "Left,Hand" and "Right,Hand" with two attachment points but it just gives him a shotgun in each hand AND his normal gun!!**
