WCIII Viewer Problem

I have a problem with the Warcraft III Viewer.

I use windows 7 (i say it just in case of compatibility problems.).

First time i downloaded it, it worked successfully like on my old pc which has windows XP. After a few days it stopped working, how? only the ''treeview'' panel opens and the rest don't, now; is there a bug on the tool? is it a compatibility problem? how i can fix it?
