Before we all die of bordom of playing the same games over and over , i think we should all start pluging this site. Im slapping wc3sear.ch all over my next map in the hope that someone would one day say, :idea: ill go check that out!!! :idea: and together we can create a better, more diverse and entertaining Bnet :!:

maybe im just bitchin' too much but at least it might open peoples horrizons a bit ^^

So, what you're saying is, advertise this site, in the hope that someone will start hosting the amazing maps available for download here, instead of the awful maps that are fill up Battle.net these days? Right?

Wait, I have a plan. YOU host good maps. Sounds like it should work. Cos then people will host the maps as well, since they're so good.

Oh, and try to teach them the correct useage of who/whom no-one gets that one right.

well unfortunately i am unable to host maps because of the firewall on the router and host machine. and i am unable to to turn it off. but i would of hosted good maps long ago if could. i was just thinking about all the peeps who spend all there time making maps and new fighting systems and so fourth, only to never see the day of light. all i said was that people should (if they wished to) plug wc3sear.ch (im not asking anyone to kill anybody ^^) maybe with the surge of people hosting there maps or others will have the website displayed and people will remember it (this is called promtion) and so when peeps come and check out the site, they'll see all these wonderful maps, skins, models, tutorials and forums and think to themselves wow why did i not know about this sooner

The problem is that around 99% of bnet's population cannot host maps because of a firewall or a router, those who can host, will usually host dota most of the time because they think its the best map out there.
When a map creator hosts their map, he only gets the people that cannot host, which is why posting your map in wc3search is much better then spending the rest of your time hosting it on bnet and waiting for sum1 that can host join the game.
