WC3 Viewer is a tool that helps skinners, modellers and iconers. It makes their life much easier because of what it does. Its a great tool for modding in wc3 but you don't work on it.
It converts jpg/bmp/tga to .blp for skinning or iconing or anything else and vice versa.
It can open up skins and models.
It extracts skins and models out from your mpq.
You can remap textures for models (in other words, try out your skin of this model)
It has also many other useful functions.
If your going to skin, model or icon, I suggest getting this. If your not, leave it.
