WC3 Model editor not working!!

I want to make my own models but it says "cannot locate wc3" why the hell?

When I downloaded Magos' Model Viewer, I opened up the Winzip, and it came up a whole bunch of random crap that wouldn't open. mostly .ico file types with some .exe, .txt, .chm, .psh and .dll files. The point is, I just need some help opening up this stuff or finding a better program. My email is [email protected] Thanks. -GCode
