Technically they are all original. Some use SD icons as inspiration but were recreated by hand.

As with the fish and the bandages, it was repainted by hand but following the orginial icons as a guideline to be a proper reforged recreation of them.
But no AI was used.

But not sure how to classify it according to the guidelines.
