Waterfall - Without splash effect

Would someone please edit the waterfall model and remove that blasted splash effect? Its driving me nuts, I have green rivers but blue water effects. Its not right!

Now, anyway you could do a circle of power that's about .67 times as big as it is now?

Would be awesome and shouldn't be too hard right?
I need one for Outland RISK as you cannot change the scale of the circle of power as a destructible, which it has to be in order for the triggers to work.
