Water Colour

1. How to change water colour on target area to red? coz change tinting colour works on full map but i want change only on small area.

doing that would require serious JASS knowledge if I'm not wrong, because you only can change water color for whole area.. Sorry i don't know JASS ;(

You can use the water in the UTM and changed the color to red in object editor.

I think you can do that by editing the skin using an mpq extractor and then a blp editor.
