Warp into Archon animation not playing!

i have made 2 Dark templars able to warp into a Dark Archon. It works. The only thing that bothers me is that there is no animation played. When they merge, a red sphere is supposed to appear that spins.. just like 2 high templars who warps into a regular archon.. so when I merge 2 DT, a final dark archon appears that stands still until completed.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
