I really doubt that, if you look at them side by side they are too different:

Even the cleric and invisibility drawings are pretty different so I don't think it's even reusing from that.

The original design is from Blizzard so he needs to credit the author he took it from . I can tell its somewhat hand drawn but that shouldn't mean you cant credit the original author.

It is in the name, as I'm remastering them, using OG icons as reference
