is there any 1 , would teach me to make awesome custom spells in jass or gui.
is there any 1 would teach me how to model a spell efect?

Look at the tutorials and if you need ask for help on this form. But no one is likely to spend there time teaching you everything you need to know about spell making from start to finish.
