Warcraft III Image Extractor BUG

Guys, probably for most of you guys ahd already found out that in the tool section: Warcraft III Image Extractor By Darky29 have a bug and which when you open the file, a error "thingy" pops up for around 0.01 seconds and the application don't work.

My question is that is it the problem because my computer is window vista or what so ever?

Actually I can download itwithout any problems, but when I try to extract it, only a *.dll-File appears, and nothing more.
Firefox shows, that the download was completed without any mistakes.
Strange...

Yeah if you look at the thread for the tool, it is riddled of all kinds of complaints

My advice, get some background information about the stuff you download for free

Sorry but this tool dosen't work I get a error runtime 9 Subscript out of range. What do I need to do to fix it, im using it to create a blp file for a loading screen
