You can find and export the song using the Sound Editor in World Editor. It is from WC2, but it is used in he final cutscene for RoC, which is why. It's very easy to export for personal listening, and easy to use in your maps too, because like all of the units, heroes, and whatever already built into wc3, so is this song :)

Indeed it is.
  • To use the Warcraft II theme music in your map:
    1. Open WE's Sound Editor (F5).
    2. Browse to the file: Sound\Music\mp3Music\War2IntroMusic
    3. Right click the file and select: Use as Music

  • To export the file for other use(s):
    • Right click the file and select: Export Sound.
