Does Warcraft 2 Battle.net Edition work on a computer with the Widows 8.1 operating system? I am thinking about purchasing it if it does.

Warcraft 2 and Windows 8.1

I used dosbox to play Warcraft 2 on windows 7. Not sure about windows 8.

The BattleNet edition should work as that was probably an x86 build aimed at more modern systems (with some limited support as it is still sold). The original DOS version (release date discs) will not work because DOS is not supported.

Can you install and run Diablo 1 with DOSBox also?

diablo 1 is windows only but it should work in windows 8.

Oh, that is good. I will try it out. I forgot diablo 1 was a windows OS game because I have not played it on a windows computer in years.
