So.. let me introduce you into a few things :)

The modelling/animation forum is not a place for requests (as you can see at the very top of the forum).

Secondly, you can't go anywhere and just ask for some modellers, texturers etc, nobody will answer you. You need to show something of your work done, they don't want to waste their time with useless stuff.
and last, I hardly think you will get in guiness world records book lol ^^

This is my signature, it has nothing to do with the actual post.

please tell me JUST TELL ME what program to use. i find the war 3 model editor useless. lol.

Peper already told you what I meant.
You can't tell people, I quote, JUST TELL ME what program to use. In RL, you also can't go somewhere and say, I JUST WANT TO HAVE 1000000 dollars. It's an extreme example in this case, but I hope you get what I mean.

Anyway... check the tutorial sections, there are quite many helpfull guides that also tell you what programs to use. Link.

Look, I like your username, it's similar to Master Chief 117, so I'll help. Magos Model Editor is not useless btw.

Magos - basic model editing
MdlVis - basic model animating
BLP Lab - texture converter
GIMP - texture creator/editor
Wc3 Viewer - views models/textures

That's what I use. If you can't find them in the tools section, google them.
