Want to make a custom spell

I want to make a map with a custom spell that shall make so if you stand near the caster too long with the buff you will die.

I've already made the trigger so if they stand near the caster with the buff they will die.The problem is that i want them to not die if they escape from the caster.

Please help.

range setting? like 100 range around the caster? And there is already such a spell.. Immolation?
