[Spell] Wand of Illusion's order

How can I order the unit (not a hero, just a dummy) to use wand of illusion on a unit? Just like Shadow Demon's Disruption, when I cast a spell on a unit, I create 1 dummy to cast wand of illusion ability based spell on that unit. But I cant find the issue order to do that.
