Lord almighty how hard is it to google your question one time to see if has come up before?

The answer is unequivocally "no". There are a lot of ways you can 'fake' it to look kind of like that but Wc3 does NOT have a vertical dimension for pathing. I would suggest using Waygates with no model file to teleport from one side of 'under' to the other. Units will then properly use that path when it is the shortest they should take instead of ignoring it because they think it's got an impassable wall in the way.
