W3ReplayCharter doesn't work!

I DLed WC3Mefhisto Tool For WC3 TFT, and there is a button that says "Run W3ReplayCharter, but the W3Chart 1.01M by JCA doesn't work for me its really glitchy and i can't find any info on it. Help!!
