w3o files, looking for a program that works with them

I'm trying to export several maps of spells/abilities/buffs that I made into .w3o files and I was wondering if anyone made a parsing program that can combine these exports into one so I can do just one simple import of one .w3o file instead of copy and pasting all my abilities over.
