W3M Map Utilities

Does anyone else here have W3M Map Utilities? It's a really editor thing that my friend showed, you can download it from http://w3m_eng.wo.to/

I used this program long time ago, great program! But now im trying to download it again, but the site is offline =/

Edit: I downloaded the W3M Utilities, but it dont run becouse it check for updates at the server (now offline) and gets an error. =/

WEU is not as good as a Chinese program for WE,
but it's only allowed for GA members.
