Virtual Reality

I do not think it is possible. Warcraft III is not optimised for virtual reality play. Specifically it lacks the required low latency and high refresh rates even if you were to force it to render a 3D compatible output.

I would suggest looking at other, more modern, game engines like Unity or Unreal as those are more likely to have reasonable 3D support and should be flexible enough that you can optimise around 3D play.
