Sorry man, this is nowhere near approvable. You'll need to apply some (proper) shading and highlighting, because right now it has none. Some details wouldn't hurt either (i.e stitches in the cloth, various decorative features to help flesh him out (it's a gnome! where are his goggles?!)). I'd suggest checking out some tutorials here at Hive if you wanna improve this (Mr. Goblin's Tutorial is a personal favourite, as it helped me getting started, also, this one might be useful when getting started with shading/highlights).
