Congratulations this is a very beautiful model as Varok deserves. You have done an incredible job.

I would just suggest adding the chest armor on the portrait, that would be perfect !

As soon as portrait use Hellscream model, so it will be, I think, useless to add armor on it) But may be later)

Varok Saurfang in his armor as leader of the Horde expedition in Northrend, only without his tabard.
(In this role, I really noticed him the first time in WotLk. He didn't really matter in BC and I never played Classic. So...¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

The only thing I find "funny" is that his ax slips a bit around in his hand. But this is not noticeable if you don't look at him closely in the editor.
And it doesn't really bother, because the animations are otherwise executed completely correctly.

Yes, axe in animation was a big pain in ass I tried to fix it, so in some animations it looks well, and some of them still need fix. But before of fixing it was much worse. Varok can be used for his son Drannosh Saurfang) In classic they have same armor, even same hair style, difference was only in weapon and colores)

Mine works because I use the model without the TC. The one you're using has these paths for the textures.

Regarding those paths you shown should this be add in the retail folder of the game?
So...I redid everything in a new editor
I used the same .mdx for both character and portrait and it's not white but when I use the original portrait.mdx it's still goes white for some reason...
I do not know what I am doing wrong with the portrait...

Hello again!
Still using the model now as another blademaster model
Not sure If i am right ,but the I think the bladestorm animation does not have sound to it. I did not noticed at first when when I used bladestorm just to check it the sound was not there.
I compared him to Grom and yea it checked out.
This is not a major issue just wanted to give back feedback on what I found. Maby you can use the sound from grom/samuro to him
