Using Spacebar as a hotkey

Well maybe reforged can replace this technique, but spacebar is the only extra key leftover from legacy that still works on reforged 2.0.
Not much to say besides thank you to Sasuke32 for the testmap.

View testmap as there isn't any code or wall of text to show here besides mentioning you'll need to set a new spacebar point everytime someone hits the hotkey which is already in the triggers for this dash spell.
