u go to import manager => import the model u want => remove the 'war3imported' from the path and press ok => if it has skins, mostly just set the path to 'textures/*the skin*'

Yes you must check which folder it came in. If in the downloaded folder it has another folder all files in that folder with be "thatfolder'sname\filename
