Using a Destructible model as a Unit?

Hey, I did some searching but I couldn't find the answer to my problem.

I am working on a multiplayer map where players have the ability to drop explosive trees. I am using the trees as a building, so they follow the rules of the Goblin mines (aside from the hiding part), but the trees have no texture. I tried searching for a part in the object editor where I can add a texture address, but there is none.

Is there a way?

I know WEU let you use tree models but it had to import them. Not sure if you can get something similar with UMSWE, worth a try?

With the WE that blizzard gave us, you cannot use destructible trees as units.

WEU has as custom content trees as units.. sorry I do not have that link any more.
