uploading models problem

ive been trying to upload my zombie tyrant model but all there is after i upload it is the portrait and not the real model.when i uploaded it i put the model and the portrait and everything into it but all there is when u dl it is the portrait and the skin.

The model link does not exist.

I tried to upload your model and go the message:

The model does already exist

So I looked it up and found this:

I downloaded it and it contained a portrait, a skin and a model.

in my model i had a friend dl it and they didnt get the model only the portrait and skin

when i try to update it the site says that the model doesnt exist
