Uploading Model Once Again!

I've uploaded my model once then deleted it. When i try to upload again, the forum says that it was already here but the link that has been given to me says it was not existing. I've tried many times but the problem still occur.

I've uploaded mymodel yesterday and tried it again today but same error is happening.

What should i do?

Uhmmm question again.
If i deleted a model again, do i need to tell a mod to delete the resource? or is that a bug?
