Uploading Another Dormant User's Content?

So I have a model, it is killst4r's Protoss Dragoon he made in back in 2004. A lot of his lowpoly StarCraft models were uploaded here on his behalf from wc3sear.ch but this one never made it over. He is long dormant here. I think it would be useful to some (people looking for StarCraft in WarCraft 3 classic aesthetic.) Is it something that would be allowed if he is credited like the others? Or something better left as a forum thread.

If you upload it we can change the author to killst4r if it was originally on wc3sear.ch and wasn't transferred over properly.
