Upgrade Resource Cost

The field is actually in the Research ability where you put your upgrade, not in the upgrade itself.

You'll find the costs in the Abilities section actually, if you look up Armory upgrades in the Ability section you'll find it with its list of upgrades along with the cost setup there.
