Could you post a screenshot, what program you opening it with, recent things you've downloaded, etc... Right now, all I can do it guess... and my guessing skills aren't very good o.o.

Then again, its probably a virus, because its a NET-RAT.

It's an spyware that logs your internet activity. Remove with asap.

This has anything to do with the World Editor??? If it does then get rid of it as World Editor does not have any accompanying processes (except JNGP which has a separate startup process but that is loaded only during the process runup and terminates once WE has loaded).
