[Spell] Units with skills

I created a unit with few skills ( usable ) and they wont use it. No matter what, (skills don't need mana , has around 10 Seconds of cool down and mostly just does damage like on single unit.
How much I try they just wont use them. Can some one help me?
Do I need a special trigger or to do something with game constant ?
Skills I based of- Fan of Knifes , Aerial shackles .
(I need this for Geros Islands map).

AI wont use a skill that I added to it.

Try:
Event - Unit Is Attacked
Condition - Attacked Unit is equal to AI Unit's type
Action - Issue Order Attacked Unit to cast Fan of Knives.
or
Action - Issue Order Attacked Unit to Aerial Shackles on attacking unit.

 

[Vinz]

A native is GetAttacker, that means you must use Triggering Unit in place of Attacked Unit.

The actions are good though.
